Staff were very accommodating of our early arrival, helpful and friendly. Our room was well appointed, clean, good sized and comfortable. Very walkable to the train/metro station and good location for accessing most things in Rome.

Friendly staff and perfect location for catching trains from Rome’s central station. Air conditioning was good and reliable in a heat wave. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was really helpful and more than happy to help. We booked our transportation to and from FCO through them and when there was a little hiccup with our payment (the car company's credit card payment system wasn't working and I had to use an ATM to pull out money and got hit with a fee), the hotel spoke to the car service and got me a discount rate on my return trip back to the airport. The room was also pretty large, especially for the price as well. Additionally, the AC worked really well which was really needed bc we went during a heat wave.

Nice breakfast. Awesome AC which is important when it's hot like it was for us at the end of May. Excellent staff from the front desk people, the breakfast ladies, to the awesome guy who made us cocktails in the library. The property is nice, however, the room sizes are more traditional for European capitals - just so everyone is aware. Good location - close to Termini. Also, close to Villa Borghese. Easy access to the subway.
