Stayed for two nights while attending a workshop nearby. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay, but there are a few things worth noting. The biggest challenge was parking. There is no dedicated area for check-in, so finding somewhere to stop and collect parking information was difficult. The hotel provides a discounted rate to their adjoining car park, which was appreciated, although this wasn’t mentioned when booking. The car park itself is quite tight, so drivers of larger vehicles may want to keep that in mind. The exterior of the building and signage look a little dated, but the room was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The TV was fairly small and only offered standard free-to-air channels, so don’t expect a premium entertainment setup. The bathroom was functional, although the shower felt quite dark due to the lighting layout and the style design made it feel like water could easily escape. The older swipe-style key cards also felt a bit outdated compared to modern systems. That said, the room temperature was comfortable, everything worked as expected, and for the price it represented good value. I would stay again if I specifically needed to be in this area. Overall, a solid, no-frills stay with comfortable accommodation and good value for money.

Unfortunately my stay was not the most comfortable. The heating fluctuated quite a bit and I could hear the person above my room walking around which was quite disruptive to my sleep.

The property is in good location but we stayed in room 908 and the room above make very disturbing noise start from 7 am to midnight so my two nights were very long nights. The property manager need to do something about this

Reception not open until 9am is a pain but staff were wonderful. A lot of mould in the shower was a worry.

Staff support was disappointing. A request for bath towels at 8:00 a.m. was delayed until 9:30 a.m. The TV remote in our room was not working due to dead batteries, and despite reporting this by phone and at reception, the request was not communicated and we were asked to wait. Additionally, even though we kept the key cards away from our phones as instructed, all three cards eventually stopped working.
