I didn’t like this place was not clean. Customer service was the worst and I didn’t wanna stay in this place and they didn’t want to cancel my days that I booked.

Great place to stay for multiple days during a volleyball tournament at orange county convention center. Near by 7-11 and Seaworld. Nice quiet pool and good breakfast. Even had a happy hour for guest.

Most of the pictures of the property are not of the actual property. I chose that particular property for the water slide and pool for the kids. There was no water slide and only a small pool outside, not the big large pool shown on the pictures. The was sofa pillows were visibly dirty, I got clean she to cover it to sit on. The sofe bed had linen already on the bed, so I don't know if it had been slept on and folded back up or changed. Either way I was not letting mine sleep on it. Other than that the room was just what I needed for the 7 of us. There was no ice machine either.

Convenient to have free breakfast buffet and the social hours M-W does help keep your costs down with their free light dinner. The rooms are a great size and the kitchen is nice but the sofa is not comfortable. It’s your typical subpar sofa bed. The beds are nice and the pillows are cool. There’s a 7-11 next door for any essentials. Outdoor pool is not bad but it’s small.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience! Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience, and I look forward to coming back in the future!
