We upgraded to a comfort room after our first night definitely worth it. The room was much larger. Staff was super friendly! Amazing location you could pretty much walk to every attraction. So many restaurants around the hotel. The Galleria was a short walk away. The metro was around the corner. The breakfast was disappointing mostly prepackaged items.

Further out from main attractions but the metro was 5 minute walk away so not too bad, not too many restaurants or convenient stores around later in the night. AC did not work well, we would wake up drenched in sweat every night. Definitely would not say 4 stars, more like 3 and our room was right at the entrance and could smell smoke from outside our room on the first floor.

Overall, this hotel was a decent value for the price. Pros- i found the opera neighborhood to be more locals rather than tourists; the hotel was close to the printemps and galerie lafayette department stores. Cons - some of the outlets didn’t work; room was quite small.
