The room and facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi were very clean and well kept. Hotel staff were excellent, helpful, cheerful and respectful.

Here is what I would have liked to be different: 1. There was no bottled water, either included or even for purchase, in the room 2. No bathrobe 3. The room was smaller than I expected 4. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 7:00 AM on the days I was there, and each day opened late. Not by much but enough to be annoying and overall the offered food options were mediocre. Overall, the stay was OK but considering this hotel seems to be rated at four stars, it was disappointing.

Staff was great and attentive to needs, ensured we had water and free beverages (peach no-sugar water, cola, apple juice) in fridge. The room we got was their deluxe king room but it had a bunch of random stains on the wall, the carpet, and the shower had black mold dots around the caulking of the tiles. I believe our room was 807 Laundry was expensive and we had to find a self-launder laundromat in the area. Entrance to the hotel (1st floor) had so many mosquitos inside but luckily they're a bit isolated as you needed to use the elevator to go to the actual check-in counter on the 4th floor. Lobby was nicely decorated, and so were the rooms. We chose it since it was well-rated for cleanliness but it didn't meet our expectations for that.

Fantàstic
The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The MRT and bus stop is so close and easy to get anywhere in Singapore. There is a small food court near by where we got some delicious waffles for breakfast.

Early check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Good location. My only complaint would be refrigerator in the room was not cold. I called maintenance and they brought me a different one, but that one still was only about 45°F.

Staff were friendly, room was very clean and they also have good amenities. Particulalry liked that they have a water filling station for water down in the lobby so we could fill our bottles up whenever. Would stay here again.
