Room with the balcony was lovely although a bit run down and in need of a refresh. There was some noise along the canal but worth it to have a great view of Venetian life!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was perfect and our view of the canal amazing. Restaurants close to the hotel were delicious. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by simply taking a water taxi. The staff were quite friendly

The staff was so friendly. We did not have breakfast there because we had an early morning tour. They held our luggage. Normally it has to be at 8 but we had to leave at 7;30. They were kind enough to help us out.
