The ground floor is a beautiful design. The Reception staff were very good as were the waitresses at breakfast. The service by the two staff in the cafe next to the dining room was appalling (and we ate there twice). Our bedroom was fine but needed something upon which to place a second suitcase. The shower is in the bath so would perhaps it would be safer to have a shower mat to avoid slipping. There are some massive road works taking place in front of the hotel and they can be noisy in the morning.

Clean room, helpful staff and a short walk to the items in Florence. Highly recommend. The restaurant was delicious and the bar knows most drinks.

This is a very busy hotel. The breakfast was big but not the best of the food. There is a lot of construction and we had to take taxis a lot. You can easily walk the river. The elevators are tiny, but the room was very nice and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Florence! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and having convenient parking was a huge plus. The hotel is also very close to downtown, making it easy to explore all that Florence has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
