Tolani Resort Kui Buri

Les valoracions amb estrelles es basen en la visió general de Klook sobre la informació de la propietat (com ara els serveis i les instal·lacions incloses, etc.) i només serveixen de referència.

The resort looks good at first but it needs a serious renovation. This resort has not been unkept and is definitely not a 5 star place to stay, maybe 20 years ago but not now. The food was bad. I mean we stay at many places but this was like I want to get out of here.

The property is not well maintained and the cleanliness is not up to standard.

Was OK for a one night stop over on our way to Phuket but would have never been ok for a vacation stay....

I found many bugs.

I love the atmosphere of this hotel, so privately.

service at restaurant was not good. the staff was not professional, not attentive and not well trained.

The hotel handled the mismatch of our bookings with Expedia and their own confirmation details horribly. Effectively blaming the guests and putting the onus to fix the problem on the guests of their own property. There were so many things they could have done to resolve the issue smoothly and retain us as their customers but they failed miserably to the point where they actually gave misleading information about the room availabilities. Expedia managed to clear up the incidence for us after just one call. Thank you. Unfortunately for this hotel, we’ll never be back.

me and my family are fans of X2 Kui Buri, Always stay every year.

The pool was dirty and my booking not on time that i do
