The hotel was located well closed to the station and it took only 5 min. It's nice and clean and spacious for four people. The beds were good but there was only one thing I concerned was the glass barrier on the bath tub. It's not fixed and moving and I felt like it's dangerous. The breakfast was good and I think there are lots of choices. However there is only one brewed coffee which is different from other hotels I stayed. Most hotels I stayed have a coffee machines and used it for at least 8 to 10 different coffees. The staff were very helpful and gave us a coupon for the welcome drink which we enjoyed a lot.

Amazing staff, great location, highly recommended for a stay of any length in the area.

The room was super dirty (blood on sheets, pubs and outdoor debris like branches). When we went and advised the reception, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me it is what it is. Horrible experience.

Good location. Nice hotel. Could do with more electric points but appreciate it's an old building. Breakfast was ok.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Caravaggio. The location was excellent with a lovely large park in front of the hotel and only 8-10 minutes from the duomo and 6 minute walk from the T2 tram which takes you to the airport. We enjoyed all the surrounding small businesses- shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. The AC worked beautifully and the staff was very helpful. They made great recommendations to us.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location! Great location, clean rooms, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

I enjoy extra support from staff

Staff here are so conscientious, they packed me a breakfast and put it in my fridge when I asked for a taxi at 4:30 a.m. for the next day! This is a solid, reasonably priced hotel with hard-working, warm staff. Short walk to major sites, but far enough from the madding crowd. Breakfast was generous with a wide variety of food served in a well-appointed dining room with outdoor balcony seating; I recommend that you include it in your reservation. Lobby is also lovely, welcoming, and modern with a small bar and beautiful garden out back. Coffee and ginger lemon water are complimentary in the lobby. Room and bathroom were small and modestly furnished, but there was a credenza, stools for seating, a mini-fridge, tv with hundreds of channels, coffee service, and welcome effective a/c during a brutal heat wave. Room was cleaned everyday. I found it to be pretty quiet even though I was on the first floor next to a stairway. BTW I happened to be there solo after a family trip and felt very safe. They lock the front door with a solid metal gate at night; and there is someone at the front desk most of the day and night.
