Our stay had both positives and areas that could be improved. We arrived for check-in at 4:15 PM and found only one receptionist working with a line of 4–5 guests ahead of us. Unfortunately, it took nearly an hour to complete the check-in process.
When we arrived in our room, the bathroom had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard, and one of the robes was missing. We contacted staff, and they responded promptly by bringing an additional robe, which we appreciated.
On the positive side, the pool area was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Parking was available but quite expensive, which added significantly to the overall cost of the stay.
Overall, while there were some service and housekeeping issues that impacted our first impression, the amenities and breakfast helped make the stay more enjoyable.
