Rooms clean and newly updated. Staff exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Common area restroom a little unkept. Charge to use the pool was a little off putting. Garden was mostly closed during our visit.

Clean, smells good, nice staff. Negatives: you will need a taxi or hotel bus to get to anywhere interesting. Nearest main areas are Shinagawa and Meguro Station. There was a popping noise on our window periodically. Sounded like large insects or birds hitting the window. But no insects. I am guessing this is the sound of heat pressure from the hot weather on the windows. And it did make sleeping difficult. Yes, it is that loud.
