Clean, smells good, nice staff.
Negatives: you will need a taxi or hotel bus to get to anywhere interesting. Nearest main areas are Shinagawa and Meguro Station.
There was a popping noise on our window periodically. Sounded like large insects or birds hitting the window. But no insects. I am guessing this is the sound of heat pressure from the hot weather on the windows. And it did make sleeping difficult. Yes, it is that loud.

For an international Sheraton there is not a) enough people understanding English and b) there is zero flexibility to have a few more minutes when they close the breakfast or bar .
