寝衣がなかったのでレンタルお願いしましたが、在庫切れとの事。結局洋服で寝ました。 使用済みのタオルを1階のカートに入れて外出し、日中忙しく過ごし帰宅が21時すぎました。新しいタオルがなく、フロントも不在。 日中汗もかいたのでシャワーし、洋服で拭きました。在庫不足が目立ちます。他は良かったのですが。

20時を過ぎるとチェックインできないなどわからない。20:30に入り口に書いてある連絡先に何度も連絡して、やっと繋がって、今から巡回している担当が行くので20分はかかるとのこと。21:00まで入り口で立って待っていた。 その後、駐車場が空いてなかった。どうしたらいいかを聞いたら、自分で考えてくださいと言われた。こんな対応をされたのは初めて。二度と使わない。

A comfortable, air-conditioned room with great facilities including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, desk space, fairly large unit bathroom with shower including adjustable heat setting. The lobby was manned only for limited hours but direct messages before arriving ensured a smooth check-in, and for check-out just a key drop-off.
