Staff were very friendly and helpful when my room wouldn't lock. They fixed it, but also offered me to switch rooms, which I did. The room was spacious and clean, but I did notice mould on the ceiling by the windows/door. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear the traffic, other guests. Overall pleasant stay and good for the money.

Appreciated early check in. Walkable fistance to town. Appreciated lake view. A bit noisy at night woth passing traffic due to be reasoably close to main road.

Excellent staff helped with late checkin, unfortunately the place is old needs updating. Room smelt musty and needed a deep clean. Mould in bathroom, dusty dirty as behind furniture. Expected more for the price.

The pictures online are not what it looks like. It is not updated inside and very dated.The location is great to be able to walk into town and overlooking the lake. And there was limited free parking. The wifi does make you have to sign up for advertisements. This was our honeymoon, in hindsight for $100nz more we could have stayed in a nice hotel.
