The staff was fantastic. The cleaning crew tried their best. Some of the room were dilapidated and looked like the need a bit of renovation

This hotel did not disappoint. The staff was excellent at every turn. The room was spacious and beautiful. The gym was great. The hotel was within walking distance to every thing you wanted in Milan.

Greta 4 nights to begin our tour of Italy. Service here is wonderful and extremely friendly. The rooms are huge by European standard with over sized king beds. The location is good for short cab rides to the train station or city center. Not much around as far as walking but there is an STK steakhouse across the street we enjoyed and the restaurant/ bar in the hotel is beautiful and has good food, which is nice after a long day out sight seeing.
