Walking into the room, it was immediately somewhat humid. I adjusted the temperature and was still sweating. Called the front desk and they had sent maintenance. Maintenance said that there is nothing wrong with the unit and to just give it time to cool. It was finally cold at 2am. Rihga used to be under Sheraton and it was THE hotel to have events at. It definitely went downhill. Nothing has been upgraded. The furniture is still the same as it was 15 years ago. The carpet felt dirty. The boxspring of the bed was torn up. I found a roach in the toilet. Heavily disappointed as I was excited to spend time in the corner suite.

Beautiful location and the room with balcony had a marvelous view of the ocean with spectacular sunsets. The room was very clean and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the infinity pool and the excellent breakfast buffet with the three egg mushroom and cheese omelettes. I plan to stay there again when I return to the island…thanks for a great stay.

Balcony hot tub was great, but the room was damp and had an odor, along with stained and dirty carpet throughout the hotel. Additionally, staff didn't knock and walked in on my wife and son trying to change into bathing suits. But not a terrible stay.

The staff were amazing. My company booked the hotel but didn’t account for the time change, but the front desk worked it all out and got us into our room with no problems. The outdoor pool is nice they have two which gives you options and access the beach below.
