We stayed a night at the Haymarket location. The location is very close to the tram station so the connection to airport and the main tourist attraction is great . Lots of restaurants in and around the hotel. The staff was helpful and helped store our luggage before and after our stay, which was super helpful! The rooms were clean and great choices of tea/coffee and also espresso! Would definitely recommend it for the price, location and amenities compared to the very expensive hotels near the castle.

Some things in our room did not work. Hard to figure out the electric “system” used-must turn on switches in order to use plugs. Needed maintenance to come turn off bath water-very hard to turn knob to get all the way off. Front desk attendants very helpful and able/willing to answer our questions.
