Nice lobby. Great location. Unfortunately our air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the rooms. They came to fix it but it still didn’t do much. Still hot and sweaty. Totally unacceptable. Will not stay again because of that. It’s the second this has happened to someone in my party at this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location and great amenities. Clean and updated. A great spot on the canal and close to the train station. Enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was nice. Would stay here again :)

"Una estadía fantástica. Lo mejor es su conectividad gracias a la cercanía con la estación Santa Lucía. El hotel es impecable en su limpieza y el personal mantiene todo reluciente. Además, el desayuno buffet es muy rico y completo. Volvería sin dudarlo." Un gran plus que el hotel tiene una hermosa vista al canal.
