This hotel was good for us as a family of 5 with two rooms. The rooms were spacious for adults and gave us a place to sleep. The rooms were air conditioned lightly, but not enough to help with the heat of the summer. We set it to as cool as it could go and some days it wasn’t enough to have relief from the heat outside. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. This hotel is also the perfect location for first time travelers to Florence due to convenience of transportation and proximity to places like the Duomo which is right around the corner. I would recommend!

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, air conditioning could improve but still works even in a very hot summer.

There were cockroaches in the hotel room. This place needs a major upgrade. It probably doesn't help that the hotel is next to a restaurant. Location is amazing. Staff were nice. Air conditioning was next to none and the cockroaches must go!!

A great place to stay, very central

Staff was amazing during check in, all throughout our stay and check out. The room we got was the deluxe king room. The pictures are a little miss leading and the room was quite small, but the big bed was accurate. The room had air conditioning which is one of the main reasons I chose it, but it’s mounted under the window and blows straight up to the bottom of the window sill. Thr average temperature outside during my stay was 33-36°C. The room was cooler than being outside for sure, but still muggy. If I didn’t have a fan to sit on top of the vents to blow the cool air into the room it would have been less pleasant. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Typical cold cuts, pastries, yogurt and coffee machines. The location was where it shined. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see in downtown Florence.

All the hotel receptionist were super friendly and helpful. There was not much in the bathroom such as shampoo, hair dryer and other amenities you see in most hotels, but over all it was a pleasant stay.

We LOVED front desk staff - so helpful, welcoming and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.

Great location, super close to Duomo. However the AC in the room did not work well at all, it did not cool the room down and we were there during a heat wave so this was an inconvenience.
