Really nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Excellent location. My room was next to elevator but no noise from elevator at all. However the noise from upstairs room was substantial and also when someone would walk in the hallway past my room. No street or outside noises at all.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options and good quality. The staff very attentive. Location excellent, close to the center and to the train station. The room on the small side, without shelves for clothes. There were mosquitoes.

We just had the best time in Toulouse and it has everything to do with the hotel and the location. The hotel is very well maintained and managed. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Rooms are clean and spacious, location was ideal, the breakfast in the mornings was just what you want to start the day. All in all a 10/10 recommendation for anyone staying in Toulouse.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed and good shower. Disappointed in the room booked should have had city view but on the first floor the view was the road with the tops of peoples heads walking past. Refrigerator also wasn’t really cold. Staff were pleasant and soon acted when we had to request pillows that hadn’t been provided in the first place. Good central location

Our room was tiny (advertised at 210 sq ft-no way) with a tiny bathroom that made for difficulty closing and opening door. The hotel advertises a fitness facility, but it’s really just a small room with a rowing machine. Not really 4 star.
