The hotel was well located It was big with twist and turns in the hallways, so it was easy to get lost Front desk was helping mostly Offered a complementary cocktail which was not a cocktail, but a ginger beer only Had a convenience store in the lobby, but it was out of order, frustrating Coffee in the room was minimal Overall, the room was very comfortable I would definitely recommend it

The spot is right in the middle of the action! The modern beer garden is really nice, the surrounding at night very quiet, the bed and pillows were very confortable. Would return!

Staff members Nils and Susanna were wonderful. Nils assisted us with contacting our driver and arranging our Saturday pickup. Susana was very welcoming and helpful with information. The lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful in changing our towels. One young lady with long blonde hair on the desk was a problem. I didn’t get her name. She answered “I don’t know” to every question, said she was unable to call our driver. Nils called him later. Worst, however, our driver arrived earlier than expected, but she refused to call our room to tell us. She told him we were asleep. My husband had already talked to her at the desk over an hour earlier. The driver had to wait with the meter running for over an hour until we came downstairs. This cost us A LOT OF MONEY.
