This was my first stay @Shinagawa-Prince-North Tower. The best part about this hotel was the location! It is located right in front of Shinagawa Station, restaurants, and other entertainment places. It was the best location for the business trip. The room was fair. One NG was that there was no plug-in by the bed and only one pillow. Also, the iron and the ironing board should be available for the business trip. The complimentary breakfast was fair.

It was a fine enough hotel. Basic amenities and room. Nothing to complain about. I did like that there was an assistant available to help with the self-check in. It's a great place if you want an average hotel.

Estada individual

I love Japan, but Tokyo traffic is a bit complicated, in comparison with Sapporo, Kyoto, and Fukuoka. Therefore, I chose the Prince N Tower Hotel, which is right across from the Shinagawa JR station, and can access to all major destinations in Tokyo area. Hotel staff are all very helpful, and N Tower offers complimentary light hot breakfast at its 17th floor. I'll go back if revisit Tokyo.

Room was small. The bathroom has a high step up to get in which could be dangerous to get in and out especially when the room is dark at night. The location was very convenient to the train stations.
