Staff was unhelpful; when calling for additional things, they did not provide them as they said they would and we had to go downstairs to get everything because they never showed up. Also ran out of Kleenex as the box was almost empty before we checked in and front desk said they didn’t have any at the front desk - not something I expect of Hyatt.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. We loved the location of the hotel. It was central to everything and right on the trolley line. We highly recommend this property!

We liked the close proximity to the train station although it was a little far to walk in the heat. The room was clean and comfortable . We did have a problem with the toilet but maintenance arrived quickly to fix it. We also enjoyed the on site restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Hallway on 3rd floor was dinged up. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. There was only one set of towels in the room, which we did not discover until shower time the next morning. Valets very helpful.
