Extremely modern, clean, and 5* facility. Pool is beautiful but not heated. The staff are beyond friendly and professional. They are clearly well trained in hospitality with everyone greeting guests no matter what.
There is an onsite farm that provides all the vegetables and coffee to the hotel. The staff provided a tour ad hoc (I was just walking by and they asked if we wanted a tour).
The food is excellent and not bad value.
They are doing roadwork right outside the hotel property but you can’t hear anything on the grounds or in the room due to the lush vegetation.
Overall, 5/5. Would come back but maybe when it’s a bit warmer.

Excellent, self contained, high security, large grounds, beautiful, right in the middle of the city. Staff, security, gardeners, everyone was top notch!

Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me.
Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise .
They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable.
Highly recommend staying here. All my friends thanked me for booking this hotel for our stay in Arusha
