There was a water bottle on top of the kitchenette cabinet. There was no garbage bin by the ice machine or on the floor had to go to main level to toss garbage that I didn’t want sitting inside room. There was no extra pillows given rep stated they were out. I did like five products in the bathroom. The front desk ladies were all so lovely and nice especially to my kids. The bus driver was friendly.

The front desk staff on both the AM and PM shifts were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Parking was always available, which was very convenient. The only disappointment was the breakfast. By 8:00 a.m., many of the breakfast items were already unavailable, and the server informed us that they had run out. This significantly affected the breakfast experience.

The bathrooms are not very clean, and found a lot of hair in the bathtub drain. The breakfast was okay. The elevator and gym smell bad.

Extremely close to Busch Gardens. We could see the Rollercoaster from the hotel. There was fast food and an Olice Garden within walking distance.
