Room was very nice, clean, Breakfast was excellent and morning staff is so friendly. Front desk young blonde was rude and dismissive of guests requests, Does not reflect well. The young man who checked us in the afternoon of 6/18 was outstanding knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was genuinely kind and he knows his stuff about Munich. So Great! The location of this property for easy S/U Bahn travel was perfect (airport, train station, Old Town, Beer Gardens, grocery) We had the Best Stay - Thank you!

The room was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Shout out to Martin who was very attentive and helpful at breakfast!

The staff were super helpful, always ready to help. The bar was great, the price was very good compared with breakfast. On the other hand, the air conditioner never worked, we changed rooms, same issues. The room had only one set of towels, which made me feel we were not expected, thankfully the front desk gave us the towels which we had to take it to the room. The staff made all the difference! I wish I remember their names.

Great location to explore Munich. Stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag and start a European road trip and I feel like this was the right choice for the first stop. The metro is just a 2 minute walk from the front door, so getting to anywhere in Munich is simple. The rooms were on the smaller size, but the beds were very comfortable.
