Lovely stay easy to get to and parking adjoining hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms clean as you’d expect from a city centre hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice size rooms & could control the temperature of the room. Handy to have a fridge. The breakfast choice was great & the cooked breakfast lovely & tasty. Will definitely stay again. Good location for Cardiff Castle for the concert we were attending there & also just a few minutes walk from the shops.

From check in to check out (same member of staff) a really pleasant experience. She couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ve stayed in Cardiff many times and this was right up there for experience. Great location, superb staff and lovely room. Only slight down mark was the slightly dated bathroom.
