規模が大きい老舗旅館(ホテル)なので仕方ないですが、今回利用したお部屋からお風呂までが遠いのが難点、食事、設備はとても良い好感の持てる施設さんです。

個室の食事処が、静かで寛げました。サーブしてくれた方も、スマホを持っていたら、お写真撮りましょうかと声をかけてくださり、和やかな雰囲気を作ってくださいました。また、薬を飲みたい主人には、ただの水を私には、氷の入った水を用意してくれて、細やかな気遣いが心に響きました。

すぐに「伊香保温泉石段」にアクセスできます。また，山側に位置する赤い「河鹿橋」にも近く，紅葉と共に印象的でした。お食事処の個室で頂いた夕食/朝食ともに美味しく，接客も大変丁寧です。伊香保のお湯を楽しみ，気持ちよく過ごせました。

個室で懐石料理美味しく、快適であった。車イスの老人にはベット部屋が良く、途中から車イスが上がれない設備に不満である。洗面の水回り、トイレ排水が調子が悪い直した方が良い。フロント応対は良しです。伊香保神社に直に出れるので朝の散歩で良かった。
