Check in is via a video link we knew we had booked a small room but this was ridiculous , Twin beds no room for side tables , no wardrobe to hang clothing, a certainly no where for our suitcases . We had booked for 10days but due to a family emergency we checked out after two nights , oh and their strict no refunds no changes policy is fully enforced, no exceptions ,
