they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, very clean with all the amenities there for you. Central to the main square and the jewish quarter. We will definitely be back, and will be staying in the same place.

Had a great stay here with family. Apartment was great, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Couldn’t fault them in anything, staff were friendly and helpful and would highly recommend staying here. If we return again will certainly use.

This hotel is amazing - fabulous location right by castle, close to tons of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment was even better than pictured - very well set up, with great amenities and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very attentive/helpful. Would definitely stay here upon my return and recommend highly to others. A true gem.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location away from the old town square and all the stag and hens parties. Cafes and restaurants everywhere nearby. Beautiful apartment accommodation as listed. Everything you will need for a fantastic stay. Next door to the Royal Castle so it's on good company. Could have unpacked and moved in, rather than checking out.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this hotel has been so disappointing that I feel future guests should be aware of it. This booking was for what would have been my first visit to Poland, a country that holds special significance for me (Sabina) due to my polish heritage and family connections. One of my relatives served as a Polish diplomat, and I had been looking forward to visiting for many years. Sadly, shortly before our planned trip (father’s 70th), my father was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and following medical advice was told not to fly. Something unexpected and entirely beyond our control. Upon informing the hotel, I hoped that try exercise some discretion, compassion or goodwill. Instead, they chose to hide behind policy and refused to offer any refund or meaningful assistance, even when told in advance! I fully understand that hotels have T&C’s, however exceptional circumstances call for judgement, empathy and common sense. This hotel displayed none of those. Future guests should be aware that if any unforeseen circumstance beyond their control comes up, this hotel will not help you. The true test of hospitality is not how it treats guests when everything goes to plan, but how it responds when life takes an unexpected turn. In our case, the response was disappointing, inflexible, and entirely lacking empathy. Sadly this hotels hospitality did not reflect the warmth of Polish culture.
