J’ai réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes avec 2 lits king et j’ai eu 1 lit king avec un divan lit double 😬 Pas de piscine 😝 alors que j’avais bien vérifié…. Des travaux dans l’hôtel Manque de serviettes et papier toilette Nettoyage aux 2 jours de la chambre Déjeuner ok J’aurais aimé être au courant avant de réserver! Par contre bon emplacement près de tout et balcon

The check in staff was not very friendly or happy to see the group. We were not aware of the car parking arrangement that was needed. $60 for valet parking only per night; very expensive. Orbitz should have included this fact.

Other than slight maintenance that may need to be done with the room, my stay was amazing! From the Valet to the room service staff customer service standard was high. Clean room. Plenty of towels. I have to say this is the FIRST hotel I've ever stayed in where the water actually got hot! And i stay in a lot of hotels for travel. Great breakfast bar (no crumbs on the counter!)Great location you're just minutes within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Short walk to Broadway and basically everything. Complimentary breakfast was key and plentiful. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Definitely stay there again

Staff at the desk had given our room away a couple of hours before we had arrived. He continued to deny that he had done it. Our booking party called the property to get things straightened out. WOW! What a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
