Room was clean and perfect for one person. I’d say kind of on the small side for 2 people and luggage. Location is close to restaurants and a 5-7 minute walk from the train station. Overall would recommend.

Cleaning staff were very loud and banging on door even with do not disturb on outside door they just ignored it, also bed was sub par very springy. I would not recommend this hotel

House keeping was very loud, they woke us up serval time banging on our door and calling on phone even though we had the do not disturb magnet on door. This happened more than once. We will never use this hotel again.

Everything looks alright, except their bed sheets, pillows and blankets are not comfortable and terrible. Didn't had a comfortable sleep because of blanket not staying in place and sheet too slippery. And pillows not comfortable

Room is tiny, good enough for short stay though. Staff is friendly and check in is smooth. Plenty of amenities. Great location, short walk from Nagoya station.
