We were given a room on the 8th floor. When you step off the elevator the hallway is warm and muggy and there is no ice machine.
The A/C in the room did not run continuously so I woke up often each night to a muggy room and had to wait for the A/C to start up again so I could fall asleep.
The first night we barely got lukewarm water from the shower and the water flow was low. The next morning my fiancé had hot water for his shower but an hour later when I took my shower the water was once again lukewarm. Also, the bathroom sink had several break cracks in it.
And let’s talk about the extremely rough towels. Would a little fabric softener kill them.
My fiancé went down to the lobby to ask them if there was an ATM in the hotel and they were very curt to him and told him to go to the gas station on the other side of the parking lot.
