Great location, room and view from the pool.

It was a little pricy staying here but that was expected. Excellent service and experience with this hotel.

I saw mice run across the floor of the breakfast area and when they cleaned my room they didnt give a roll of toilet paper so I ran out without know. A lot of banging from the wall by my room. Tub was nuce, staff was nice.

Hotel and location were excellent except slippy floor of pool. Parents with small children should be very cautious when using it.

Great location with close proximity to the station. Staff very friendly. Big thank you to the staff member helping my daughter practice her Greek a bit.

My wife and I stayed here two nights and would definitely recommend this hotel if you're needing something close to public transportation in Utrecht. It's right next to Utrecht Centraal and a huge mall. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Oudegracht which is filled with shops and restaurants. We also walked to the Vre­den­burg Mar­ket held on Thursdays. The property was clean and quiet despite construction going on across the street. The spa tub in the room was a nice way to relax after a long day. We used Utrecht as a jumping off point to Amersfoort and Gouda. Both were about 20 minute train rides away. The staff was very welcoming and always said hello when we were coming or going.

A nice, comfortable hotel, close to the central station in Utrecht. I had a 'Spa room', which had a jacuzzi bath with a view, as well as a good sized bathroom with shower. The room could be improved with a couple of USB charging ports on at least one of the electrical sockets, but apart from that, this was a good stay. All parts of central Utrecht were easily walkable from here too.

Our room had a large bathtub which was great. The pool and sauna were nice as well. Breakfast was decent. Location was hard to find at first but very convenient
