Great location near main train station. Amazing staff.

The room was a very tight fit, but clean. The location of the hotel was accessible to most things but very populated with homeless people

There is a major construction zone around the hotel and it is a challenge to even find it and drive into the street - where at night you see questionable people and broken alkohol bottles on the street. But once inside, your little oasis begins. Kinda. The first night someone parked me in and had to ask reception to find the person to move their car, so that I could leave my parking spot with the car (you can only park in forwards into the elevatable spots, so once ready to leave, you need a larger curve to back out of there); hen the second night the thermostat in the room stopped working and the room was overheating in the current summer heat that is in Frankfurt. The place is clean - but not well maintained - the first afternoon I had to flag down the maintenance crew to fix my shower stall drain, as the water did not flow down at all - and the room almost flooded. Thank god they came promptly and fixed it - something was dried on the pipe from the inside that they needed to forcibly remove to allow for the drainage to work - but after that I had to ask them to please clean the floor - they just wanted to leave although they walked over the stall and the bathroom with their shoes - the guy wiped it clean only with some towels after all… also, the second day they came so late to clean the room in the afternoon, that I couldn’t let them clean as I was already online teaching and couldn’t allow for any noise. So maintenance-wise the hotel can improve a great deal.

The hotel, staff and room were faultless, our only issue was the area surrounding the hotel, it’s very dirty, lots of drug addicts hanging around, some harassing passers by and we genuinely felt intimidated at times. The hotel borders the red light district which the first impression of the city you get when leaving the main train station. Give the city a change as when you move away from this area, there is so much to see and do, it’s a very multifaceted city. Just have your wits about you is deciding to stay at this hotel.

Clean room, nice staff but it’s not safe area. We saw a lot of homeless and drug addiction people in front of hotel.

The hotel itself is great, the issue is the location/area is full of drug users and prostitution everywhere and it’s scary. Locals seem to be fine with it, but if you are not accustomed to that scene it will be hard to digest. I only stayed one night and that was more than enough.

This was a good hotel for being close to the Frankfurt main train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The air conditioning worked well. I would stay here again,

On arrival at the hotel I explained to the front of staff that I hadn’t slept for 24 hours coming from New Zealand. It was 8 am when I arrived. They said I could have a room if I paid 10 euro per hour (70 euros!!) I declined the offer and all they could offer was storing my bag until 3pm. I came back begging to let me have a room at 12-30pm, but no, they said I had to wait. I enquired how many rooms they had , they said 240! I asked the guy at the counter if I could speak to the manager and only then they handed over a key to a room. The manager had already been approached by the guy at reception, several times, but no early room entrance. This was my 4th stay and it will be my last stay.

The few blocks around the hotel had a lot of homeless people, but the hotel itself was fantastic. Very clean and helpful staff. Was perfect for our layover.
