Fantàstic We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and stylish design of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku — we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel lobby on the ground floor are ein the middle of active demolition. So the noises and dust is beyond inconvenience level

Fantàstic Excellent hotel in the heart of Baku, right on Fountain Square. The location couldn't be better—Old City, the seaside boulevard, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The stylish interior and cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Great value for money, and I would definitely recommend Ferma Art Hotel to anyone visiting Baku.

Fantàstic I had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Baku, just a short walk from Fountain Square. Everything is nearby, including the Old City, Nizami Street, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
