Clean room, upgrade at check in, parming was great.

My daughter have been coming here since she was a pre-schooler. She is now almost 19. Everything has always been great. This time was a first for a few things. We had a room with an inside facing window. The window was filthy. Like it had been rained on, but also something had dripped down the entire window and appeared old and sticky. Also, a first in my entire life of traveling. The towels and towel rack was right there adjacent to the toilet. Right where the roll of toilet paper was on the wall. This is disgusting! The design of this room or similar rooms need to be changed. Do better, Marriott!

Well maintained facility in convenient location with very nice staff!

Great location within easy walking of 16th Street and to/from Ball Arena for a concert. Friendly staff. Good room. Nice meal at the Mexican restaurant downstairs.

Outstanding customer service Clean rooms PERFECT location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, union station, and other key locations using the free 16th street public bus.

We really enjoyed the king suite. The room was huge and had awesome views of 16th street. It was very quiet despite the activity on the street. The gym had everything I needed to work out and stretch. The attached coffee house served delicious breakfast options.

Nice clean room in a great location.

The hotel staff were only slightly better dressed and groomed than the vagrants congregated outside of the hotel. I asked for room service to clean my room, never received the first two days. The third day when they finally did clean my room, my bed was not made because I left a pair of shorts on the bed, and I was told by the staff that Personal property could not be moved to change the sheets. Total absurdity.

Room was great, nice a clean spacious and modern. Conveniently located with shops right outside, perfect for our stay
