5 star building 5 star location 2 star apartment 1 star elevator service 1 star check in for room key Puzzling that 2 x queen size beds = 4 patrons, yet only a single 2 seater couch provided, plus it was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time.. The extremely basic furnishings from a discount department store only add to the overall lack of finesse and quality offered. No artwork on any walls also. Teething problems were evident, however the lift service is so slow, with wait times of up to 20 minutes both entering & leaving the apartment. Beware extra charges may apply if a taxi or ride share is booked and has to wait. The room key pick system is 500metres away in a local convenience store, certainly not convenient. Cleanliness could be improved with a detailed clean of all the window sills in both bedrooms. The views facing south along the coast are stunning. The location fabulous to all of what Broadbeach has to offer, including Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the Star Casino and local transport options, however there are better options nearby.

Very clean room. Convenient and close to all amenities
