You get what you pay for. Waffle maker was broke. Had to call down, and then walk back to front desk because tv remote was missing. Then finally given a new one and told to program it myself. So many other options nearby, stay only if desperate!

Hot tub wasn't working. Pool was very cold. Also didn't have waffles in the morning. Not much for breakfast, little round egg patties, sausage links and over microwaved sausage patties.

When I arrived around 9:30pm there were two others in line. It would just be nicer to be greeted with a smile and ‘welcome’ .. i had a suitcase to schlep up the stairs (no elevator), and was pointed in the direction but went up the wring set if stairs and had to come back down and schlep up the other staircase. An extra minute of her time to direct me, as i was the last in line, would have been appreciated. Friendly up the guest services would raise my rating. Breakfast opened at 6:30am and the scrambled eggs were good.

this hotel is past its prime but is a good deal for the money. This trip the guest washing machines were broken and front desk didnt know when they would be replaced and I also asked about airport shuttle availability and they said their driver quit so they didn't know when they would have another one.
