Overall a great experience. Breakfast was good, staff excellent, AC very strong, and bed was very comfortable. Very close to train station and decent restaurants. A little noisy in morning from cleaning staff, but not bad or a deal breaker. Overall, a very good hotel.

Bathroom has no shower curtain. Air conditioning is not working. Elevator is shaking. Sanitation is very poor.

The room is a bit small, the location is great, the people at the front dest was a hit or miss, but for the most part, they were friendly. 2-3 Restaurant across the street, 2 of them that we tried, were great food and service. Breakfast was ok, loved the option of a salad for breakfast. Overall it was GOOD experience at the Noto.

Staff friendly, near train, bus station. room very clean with all services. Make sure to reserve the right room size, don't take the Economy Room if you are 2 or more, too much small.
