非常差！非常糟糕！非常不愉快的入住体验！五星酒店价格最多三星的服务。绝对差评！ 当天下午 1 点不到就到酒店了，上一个住户还没退房，让我们等。等没问题，还没到 2 点 ，但不能牺牲和占用下一个住客的权利和时间吧？后面一直催一直催，酒店则以各种理由拖延，一会说住户延迟退房，一会说东西还在房间，不方便打扫，一直等到4 点多才入住，整整晚了两个多小时，下午的旅游计划也都打乱了。这还不止，进入房间还一股消毒水味道，直到一小时后才散去。 过程中，酒店回复他们做了什么？说住户没回来，酒店将他们东西先搬走了。酒店为了保证入住体验，安排了2 个阿姨打扫并全屋消毒了......这些，难道不是你们应该做的吗？不是我让你们如此局促的打扫房间的。如果酒店跟前一个的住户沟通好何时必须要退房，预留足够的清扫时间，这些事情都提前安排好，给本人不愉快的事也都不会发生！不是么？
