Fantàstic
This was a beautiful hotel and we especially loved our room and was very impressed with how quick and nice the staff was. Better than expected. The location was decent and very walkable, but not as close to other places as we'd like but still doable.

Very professional front desk and concierge’s, and the restaurant staff. One very unhappiness to point out is, room TV is facing side ways of the bed. Just could not watch the TV, we were getting stiff neck. I hope hotel management notices this survey because there will be many more whom will experience this and it won’t help.

Everything was great, hotel staff was amazing and the place was very clean. Looks a bit smaller than photos but it was still spacious. Only thing that did not work waa the temperature control. It was available but was not modifiable. Our place was completely too hot.

This hotel is in between two subway stations which make it convenient to travel across Seoul. Staff were very helpful with any questions we had, and the cleaning staff very diligent.
