Helpful and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The single room was very small, the bathroom should be nicer. Great location if you want to be close to the central station.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to store our bags after checkout, and gave us detailed info to catch the light rail to the airport. The hotel entrance is hard to find, but its location just 1/2 block from the train station worked well for us. The bed was comfy, too.

Truly great hotel, modern and clearly newly renovated , great logistical location by the train station and even so- our room was very quiet. Don’t let the street area deceive you - the hotel is very nice and super secure. The reception staff were super helpful with recommendations ! Nice breakfast.

The room was great. My son really liked the blue lights in the shower. The shower was the Largest we had in Italy. Staff was great -- held our luggage at 8am and it was waiting in our room at check in. just a 5 minute walk from the Firenze SMH train station, and 10 minutes from the Duomo and Museums.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very safe with a locking gate out front at night. Rooms are good with very high ceilings. Our room was right next to where breakfast was so we heard clanging silverware and dishes in the morning.

Great location. Clean room and clean big bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. The taxi to the airport was a ripoff. The staff told us that it would be 23 euros. Ended up paying $60. The taxi driver came up with a bill of 47 euros and did not take card payments. I only had USD and had to pay $60 for a 15 min ride. It would have been better to book with Uber it was showing $35.

I had a very warm and welcoming reception. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and there was no excess noise from outside. The hotel was ideally situated for my needs. I would definitely stay there again!
