Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable bed. Only downside was the air conditioning. The room was still very warm, even with the air con in coldest setting.

Didn’t have much time at the hotel as we we were in Manchester for a concert but check in and check out was first class. Very helpful staff when my phone ran out of battery and I forgot my charger. Would definitely recommend this hotel and only across the road from Salford Quays tram stop

Stayed with my 2 dogs happy to pay a pet charge but unhappy the hotel charged me twice once for each dog I believe this to be a way to just make money as the cleaning would not be done twice!!! I was charged £25 for each dog this is unfair and a rip off.

Was given a handicap room. The sink in the toilet was terribly small. The shower area was big but the floor was slimy and not clean. The bedroom mattress was too soft.
