Most of the staff were so helpful but one staff was very rude and unwelcoming making my friend and I feel like we didn’t belong. I didn’t catch her name but she was white with some kind of dirty blond hair

The room was decent but has changed a lot since I visited last time; not well air conditioned and smell out of the bathroom. I felt it wasn’t worth the money. Would have been ok if the price included breakfast to offset the condition of the room.

Hotel was nicely positioned and served a purpose. I would stay there again as it was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. The rooms were just a bit dated but as I say clean and tidy

No food options when arriving late. The room was poor for an executive room And expected to be more modern and vibrant! For the cost I could have stayed at a lots better hotels.

Hotel is conveniently located next to a large mall and subway station for easy/convenient access to central Paris. The room was large and clean with a great, unobstructed view of central Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. Staff at the front desk were all very present and helpful
