The staff were exceptional—they accommodated our request to switch to a different floor, which we really appreciated.
We also accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. The hotel promptly contacted us, and we were able to pick it up when we returned to San Sebastián later that week. We were very grateful for their honesty and excellent service.
The location is great and made it easy to explore the city.
The only minor downside was the garbage bins at the front /side of the hotel, which slightly detracted from the entrance.

Fantàstic Everything about our stay was 10/10.
Every member of staff was super helpful… right from check in to check out. If you ask, they will recommend places to suit what you’re looking for. Breakfast was available for €16 per person but we didn’t take advantage of the offer.
The room was quiet and very clean - toiletries, mini bar and tv provided.
Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and towels are provided on request. Old town and centro very accessible on foot within 20mins.
Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Property looked newly renovated. Clean. Maid service was very helpful with laundry. Good location close to shopping and the beach which is why you vacation in San Sebastián.

We arrive with our daughter and the reception lady didn’t permit she stayed with us in the room. We have to pay another room and it was the only hotel done that. The lady at the reception desk was very bad educated and spoiled.

The location was great, clean room, solid breakfast, friendly staff. Just to know if staying here: no English tv channels, no conditioner or lotion. It is just good to know what to pack and expect.
