Old property, many signs of guests who carelessly do damage. Area not bad, but cost for a stay would seemingly demand better. Smells and noise are noticeable. Staff was helpful and nice.

Pretty run down overall. Phone did not work in our room. Loud guests stomping around above us all night. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Dont judge this place from the outside. My first question was if there was security at night. I walked into the room and boy o boy it was fantastic Nice new everything . very modern as well. A/C kicked butt stayed nice and chilly b. big TV clean bathroom . They DO NOT have breakfast as the website's states. Fair warning.

There were maggots in the coffee machine, the man who checked me in had a lack of manners, didn’t greet me and my wife with a Hello or welcome in just asked for my ID. The place looked more like a motel than a hotel, the man said the elevator may get stuck when we used them so we decided to use the stairs the entire stay. The TV had a remote that only turned the volume up and change the Channel. Glad we brought my PlayStation had to use the TV buttons on the bottom of the TV that’s very difficult to find. couldn’t hook it up to the WiFi so had to use my hotspot. Also there is a deposit that you have to make and pay for parking that I wasn’t aware of until we got there

It is a decent room for a night or two.

The property overall seemed average but the cleanliness of the actual room was above average. I like the laminate floors better than carpet. Only thing was the windows did not insulate from noise so other guests woke us up being by the elevator, and early Trash trucks on a Sunday did not let us sleep in. Only other thing was we didn't have enough towels for guests ad the phone did not work to call the lobby desk to ask for more.

I don't know whether it was the Expedia service or the hotel, but I made a booking and had a confirmation only to arrive and be told they don't have my reservation and are out of rooms. When pressed that we drove very far and were very tired and have a confirmation, the front desk said the only thing I could do was call Expedia and ask for some kind of number. After almost an hour on hold, I was able to get the number they needed and waited for an availabe clerk as I watched several attendants going on break and abother worker seemingly hanging in the back while there was a huge line of guests trying to check in. They suddenly had a room again when I got back to the front. Once this nightmare was over, it was a very typical room in a public area with chain restaurants and stores nearby. I did get a minor room credit from Expedia for my inconvenience, but will not be staying here again. I encourage the hotel to improve the training of the front desk clerks. During my 1 hour in the lobby on hold on the phone, I saw several guests having isses that "never happen usually" as they were trying to get rooms to everyone.

Terrible customer service and dirty property

My room had ants in shower and sink and in the morning I would have ants in my dirty clothes. None of the ice machines worked.
