From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, Allen made our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Historic St. Augustine truly unforgettable. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Allen reminded us what genuine hospitality looks like. We visited the historic district and the hotel was across the street from a hop on-hop off trolley. Nice hotel. Had dinner there one evening and coffee every morning.

The check-in clerk was pleasant and efficient. The property was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel that was clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely to interact with. And the hotel is within walking distance to many of the historic st. Augustine attractions that it was a lovely spot to center of visit from. Would definitely stay again. Also the cookies at check in were amazing.

Very nice

I liked the hotel it was clean and we had everything we needed but wish location would have been closer to historic location where fort and shooing was located. Staff wasn’t extra helpful like didn’t ask or give us any information and we could have used someone to be a little more helpful, He seemed busy and distant but other than that it was a good stay.

The property is outdated and not well kept. Parking is an additional fee and the breakfast is $17 per person for continental type food.

Nice hotel, great location and friendly staff! Travelled with my wife and my two 7-year old twin daughters and had a great time.

Excellent location, close to most attractions. Breakfast buffet is good but with space for improvement in the menu/food but with excellent service. Overall, its an excellent choice to visit St. Augustine
