The reception staff were very approachable and helpful. The rooms were fantastic, comfortable and clean. Suggestions & Feedback:- Not all rooms have a toaster or microwave and Wotif doesn’t include an indication of what rooms are on ground level or have these. So best to check the actual venue information on their direct website first as they are at an increased rate if you need to change. You will also need to enquire if the shower is over/in a (disconnected) spa, if you require an accessible shower. I would enquire about daily room servicing/cleaning as there are some permanent residents and their rooms are not serviced daily. It appeared from when I approached (one) cleaning staff for more coffee and milk and to advise they did not need to make up my room, they thought I was a permanent resident by the response I received. The supervisor then approached the staff member admonishing her within earshot of me for providing me more coffee and milk. All bar one cleaning staff member were very approachable and helpful.

Reasonable price, very comfortable for families and groups. Our family enjoyed staying especially kids were so excited with bunk beds. Amenities were awesome more than expected. Highly recommended particularly who wants to stay with privacy or family.

Clean room. Quiet location

Pubic hair in the shower, hair on the shower tiles, mould on the shower door. The sheets smelt of cigarettes. The roon I was given was upstairs on the outside of the motel, it was very dirty, old & extremely noisy.

Staff very courteous, room very clean, there is a pay laundromat

Room was located in a quiet area and parking was easy. Staff weee friendly and pleasant. The amenities were clean and in very good condition.

We stayed in a family room was very dated, dark, poor ventilation and very outdated bathroom and furniture.

It’s an excellent place for families to stay.

The room was clean, well presented and quiet, but dissapointed with one aspect. We had a 4 night stay and after the second night left the sign on the door to make up our room. It was not done and we talked to the office. Next day - they supposedly cleaned up - but they just pulled up the bed covers - the bottom sheet which had come out and was all over the place was not corrected and properly tucked in - very poor effort

Room was in average state. And when they cleaned my room they did not take my rubbish out and did not replace towels
