バスタオルやハンドタオル、作務衣や浴衣を何回でも貸し出ししてくれに快適に過ごせました食事も美味しく風呂上がりのドリンク、アイス等のサービス、コーヒーも無料、コーヒーミルセットまで貸し出しあり満足貸切露天風呂が3つあり、また部屋の温泉風呂は常時掛け流しで新鮮なお湯が堪能できリラックスできました施設も細部まで綺麗に掃除が行き届いて心地良く過ごせましたありがとうございましたまた伺いたいです

施設のハード面は申し分なく、さまざまなエンターテイメント性が盛り込まれていて楽しめた。結婚記念日の思い出に伺ったことを伝えたら、お祝いのお酒のサービスがあり、楽しく過ごすことができた。夕食時のテーブル担当の田頭さんも会話が弾んで楽しめた。食事もひとつひとつ丁寧に工夫されていて美味しかった。気になったことは、従業員が皆若くマニュアル通りにそつなくこなすことに徹しているだけのようにも思えた。また入館時のモノレールなど中々他には無い施設なのだから、導入に関する説明など、乗り込み前にもう少し余裕のあるほうがよかった。総じて従業員の教育次第でまだまだ伸びしろのある旅館だと感じた。

Beautiful setting in the mountains. Room with private outdoor onsen bath was amazing. Kaiseki dinner included endless food dishes showcasing the local area. The staff were so attentive and helpful with everything.

I feel this is one of the best hotels and was my families favorite hotel of our trip to Japan. I love the private pools and the complete environment of this hotel, location in the woods, by a river, quiet and peaceful.

This was a very relaxing place to stay. There are hiking routes around the area. Recommend taking a stroll in the nearby mountain town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Udon by the river, foot spas, all were amazing! Ask a local for directions on the Udon by the river. Quite the amazing experience.
