This hotel has it all. No where else in the world can match the customer service like Japan. Super clean and relaxing to stay at this hotel. I couldn’t find anything negative things to say about this hotel and staff. Only the location is a little inconvenient getting into the central Tokyo.

This is a beautiful hotel. A hidden gem. The design of the hotel is truly impressive. The gym and workout facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa and infinity people are impeccable and offer terrific views. The rooftop bar is also super nice.
